It is called The Vanguard Protocol.
This is a 12-week training program that includes:

The Vanguard Protocol is for those men who want to lead, not follow, be better than average, and leave a sustainable, lasting impact on themselves, their families, and their lives.
It’s not enough to be strong if you can’t move well and be in shape. It’s not enough to feel better physically if you aren’t feeling better mentally.
The Vanguard Protocol is a conglomeration of my years of coaching, education, life experience, and practical, actionable knowledge that is designed to cut through the shit to give you gold.
